CEO

Laurence is CEO of Reputation Leaders and a global thought leader on how to positively build trust and reputation.

Laurence works with C-suite executives and heads of corporate communications to inform and measure reputation strategies for clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Toyota, PepsiCo, PayPal, Pampers, ManpowerGroup, United Technologies, DeVry, Salesforce, and Chobani.

He has been senior counsel on award winning thought leadership such as the Edelman Trust Barometer, Dove Real Beauty, Unilever Dirt is Good, ManpowerGroup’s Women in Leadership, Millennials at Work; Unisys Security Index.

Prior to starting his own consultancy, Laurence Evans was President of StrategyOne, the market research firm of Edelman, the largest public relations firm. He was senior counsel on Edelman’s Trust Barometer, a global study on trust across 33 countries.

His insights on corporate trust have been published in FT, Economist and AdAge. He was named one of 2016 Top Thought Leaders in Trust by Trust Around the World. He has been a guest speaker at OECD.

With Laurence as President, StrategyOne, led a fourfold growth in the firm from 2006 to 2011 to become a Honomichl Top 50 research company with $16 million in worldwide billings, 9 global offices and 80 employees.

Prior to joining StrategyOne, Laurence was SVP with polling firm Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates in New York.

Prior to joining PS-B in 2000, Laurence was an international General Manager for 19 years at Caltex Corporation, owned by Chevron.

In his role as GM of Strategic Asset Management, he managed a $1.6 billion portfolio of marketing assets and a team of 90 across 9 countries, including SE Asia, NZ and Southern Africa.

Laurence is a Fellow of The RSA. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.  He is a member of ESOMAR – the global association for the market research industry

David Lyndon has worked with Reputation Leaders for the last 10 years. Based in NH, USA. He works internationally as Head of Operations, managing the RL team; using his project management, technical and market research skills to deliver high-quality, on-time, cost-effective insights.

David believes that the greatest insights are drawn from analysis where primary and secondary research, and qualitative and quantitative research intersect. Applying the right methodology, analysis and reporting to each client and outcome aim is essential to maximizing the impact of research.

David works with some of the world’s largest brands to support their thought leadership and marketing needs. Among them are household names like Unisys, ManpowerGroup, Siemens, Chobani, Prudential, Unilever, Oral-B, Braun, and Sonos.

David speaks English and Turkish, and has lived for over 10 years in each of the UK, the US and Turkey.

David holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) from the University of the West of England.

Dominique Cook
Client Director

Dominique is a market research professional with 20 years experience in qualitative and quantitative international research.

Before joining Reputation Leaders, Dominique was Research Lead for Edelman Middle East, based in Abu Dhabi, where she worked both locally and internationally on strategic business and reputation research for a number of key clients in the region.

Dominique started her career with 10 years working in Market Research in London, as an in-house Research Manager for the Customer Insight Unit of the UK retailer Marks and Spencer, for London-based agency, FDS International, and at the global agency Synovate.

Her experience covers consumer and B2B research for clients as wide-ranging as Pampers, Always, Salesforce, the House of Commons, OFT, DWP, Pfizer, Shell and Transport for London.

Dominique holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing

Lynn Khoury
Research Manager

Lynn has an extensive background in research and specializes in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She leads large thought leadership projects for some of the world’s largest brands including Salesforce, Pampers, and Always. In every project, she works with multiple data sources using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide in-depth analysis and communicate compelling results that help support the organization’s decision-making.

She was previously the Associate Director for the Insights team at Kantar, where she led a range of ad hoc and ongoing large multi-market studies. In her role, she conducted qualitative and quantitative media and social media research and analysis, looking at data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns and draw insightful cross-referenced conclusions.

Lynn began her career at Thomson Reuters, where she was responsible for in-depth research of the construction industry in the Middle East and North Africa. Over five years, she led the expansion of Thomson Reuters database coverage to Africa and worked on the fixed income market with third parties and clients.

Lynn has also worked on key projects, commissioned by the ILO, the UNDP and Oxfam, as a senior research economist conducting survey designing and programming, data collection, data analysis and charting, quality assurance of deliverables, and report writing.

Lynn holds a BA in Economics, and a MA in Financial Economics from the American University of Beirut, and has lived in the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada.  She applies an international perspective to all her work and speaks fluent French and Arabic with conversational Spanish.

Harry Morris
Project Manager

Harry is a Project Manager and an experienced quantitative researcher.

He previously worked as a Research Executive at Kantar Insights working on global accounts including Unilever, Heineken and The World Gold Council. His experience covers multi-country studies on brand strategy, innovation and communications.

Harry combines engaging story-telling with detailed data analysis to generate thought leadership and communicate insights for clients like Hitachi, Oral-B, and Jefferson Wells. He runs projects end-to-end from research design to analysis and insights.

Harry holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Manchester where he interned in decision modelling and produced a final-year project on cardiac nerve firing. He remains well versed in psychological and neuroscientific research.

Harry is a dedicated traveler and a trained mixologist.  He speaks conversational Spanish.

Kiia Uusitalo
Project Manager

Kiia is a Project Manager at Reputation Leaders. Kiia manages the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey, one of the world’s largest quarterly hiring forecasts across 41 markets.

At Reputation Leaders, Kiia applies her background in rigorous research design and robust statistical modeling to market research. She combines careful data analysis with story-telling to produce actionable insights for brands and organizations.

Kiia has also co-authored three journal articles on attitudes towards minority groups and has taken part in various conference proceedings. Outside of her work at Reputation Leaders, she volunteers as a member of a disability-focused research group. She speaks Finnish and Swedish.

Media Specialist

Using media analysis, David works with clients to identify the key issues driving online conversations around their brand. This forms part of the context and understanding that we take into our thought leadership research.

Through cutting-edge secondary research and advanced data analysis, David helps clients identify opportunities to engage with stakeholders, generate topical thought leadership, and make relevant contributions to stakeholder conversations critical to their brand or corporate reputations.

Toyota, ManpowerGroup, Chobani, Oral-B, Sonos, and Pampers are among the clients that David has supported.

Outside of his work with Reputation Leaders, David works in the arts as a dance artist creating mixed medium dance work for the gallery and stage.

David holds a Bachelor in Art & Philosophy (Hons) from the University of Reading.
