  Gen Z and Millennials believe employer healthcare priorities include supporting employees (51%), underserved communities (46%) and expanding mental health resources (46%).  In contrast, only around 1 in 6 is focused on age-specific care (17%). However, twice as many baby boomers (34%) as younger Americans (17%) see age-specific care as a priority. Boomers, in turn, see helping underserved communities with free clinics and expanding mental health resources with hotlines and campaigns as less important (both lower at 31%).
